This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the "Privacy Policy") applies to the way in which we, Guidez Travel Tech Ltd. (hereinafter: "Guidez", "we", "our" or "us"), use Personal Data (as defined below) that is collected, received or stored by us about individuals in connection with the use of the website: https://guidez.app, (the “Website”) including its sub-domains and contents, as well as the Guidez application (the "Application") (the Website and the Application shall collectively be referred to herein as the "Platform"), and in connection with the services offered through the Platform, including the creation and marketing of digital recommendation maps and related content.
Introduction. This Privacy Policy is implemented because we, as the controller of the database, recognize the importance of privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we manage Personal Data collected during your use of the Platform, and the choices you can make regarding how this data will be collected.
What is Personal Data? "Personal Data" as defined in the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the "Privacy Protection Law") including data relating to an identified person or an identifiable person, including by means of an identifying detail such as name, ID number, biometric identifier, location data, online identifier, or one or more details relating to a person's physical, health, economic, social or cultural condition.
Consent and Changes. You are not under any legal obligation to provide us with Personal Data about yourself, and the provision of such data is made of your own free will. However, if you decide not to provide certain data, we may not be able to provide you with services or some of them, for example, enabling the use of the digital map creation platform or the provision of related services.
By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, and to any collection, processing and sharing of your Personal Data, for the purposes detailed below. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not enter or make any use of our Platform. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change this Privacy Policy at any time.
Type of Personal Data Collected that is Directly Provided by You and Purposes of its Use. Currently, general data available on the Platform can be accessed without providing Personal Data. However, we receive or collect data from you in the following ways:
Website Users. Depending on how you interact with the Website, we may process the following categories of personal data:
Contact form information - when you contact us through the contact forms available on the Website, we may collect your full name, email address, social profile account, primary platform, and the content of your inquiry, in order to handle your inquiry and contact you, if necessary;
Job application information - if you choose to submit your resume through the link on the Website, we will process any information included in your submission, including your contact details and resume, in order to review your application and contact you, if necessary; and
Consequences of non-provision - if you choose not to provide the required data, we may not be able to handle your inquiry, review your application, or contact you.
End Users of the Application. If you wish to register for the Platform, we may process the following categories of personal data:
Account registration information - your name, email address, password, and any other information you choose to provide us with, in order to create and maintain your account and provide you with the Platform's services;
Platform content and activity information - after opening an account, you may choose to upload travel recommendations, save maps you purchased, add social links, and provide any other content or data you choose to share with us through the Platform;
Payment and billing information - if you purchase maps or other paid content through the Platform, whether directly through us or through our payment service providers on our behalf, we may process the payer's name, billing address, payment method, credit card number, card expiration date, card verification code, payment account identifier, and transaction-related information, in order to process your purchase, complete the transaction, provide support in connection with the transaction, and maintain our books and records;
Google sign-in information - if you choose to register through your Google account, we will receive from Google your name, email address, and Google profile picture, if available; and
Consequences of non-provision - if you choose not to provide the required data, we may not be able to register your account or provide you with certain services.
Influencers using the Application. If you wish to register for the Platform as an influencer, we may process the following categories of personal data:
Account registration information - your name, email address, password, phone number, social media handles, links to your social media profiles, profile picture, and any other data you choose to provide us with, in order to create and maintain your account and provide you with the Platform’s services;
Platform content and audience-related information - after opening an account, you may choose to upload travel recommendations, save maps you created, add social links, share content, audience-related information, and provide any other content or information you choose to share with us through the Platform;
Payment, billing, payout, and tax information - if applicable, in connection with amounts payable by you to us or by us to you through the Platform, we may process billing name, billing address, credit or debit card number, card expiration date, card verification code, bank account or other payout account details, tax or VAT identification number, and transaction-related information, in order to process payments, commissions, fees, refunds, payouts, and related records;
Instagram sign-in information - if you choose to register through your Instagram account, we will receive from Instagram your name, email address, and Instagram profile picture, if available; and
Consequences of non-provision - if you choose not to provide the required data, we may not be able to register your account or provide you with certain services.
Type of Personal Data Collected by Us that is Not Directly Provided by You and Purposes of its Use:
Log Files. We may use log files. The data appearing in the log files includes IP address, browser type, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, filtering actions, clicks and any other data that may be provided to us from your browser. We may use such data for the purpose of analyzing trends, managing the Platform and system, tracking visitor traffic on the Platform and system, and for collecting demographic data.
Cookies. we use Cookies on the Platform and other tracking technologies for the purposes of data security, operation of the Platform, adapting the services to your needs, displaying personalized data, and improving your user experience. A "Cookie" is a small text file that is saved on your devices when you visit the Platform and is used to collect data about your activity on the Platform, save your preferences, and verify your identity. Additional Tracking Technologies. Beyond Cookies, we may employ additional tracking technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and tags, which may be embedded in digital content, videos, or email messages. These technologies allow us to collect information about how you interact with our services, including the pages or content you view, associated usage and interaction data (such as access times), the time and date of access, and the IP address used to access the services. The use of web beacons and pixels helps us analyze usage patterns of the services and present you with tailored content and advertisements. Mobile Device Data. We may collect technical data from your devices for the proper operation of our site and services. This data may include: Device characteristics: device type, operating system, hardware model; Technical identifiers: Device ID, MAC address, advertising identifiers (when available); Usage data: date and time stamps of site and system usage, duration of activity, pages viewed; Browser data: browser type, version, browser language, display settings; Network data: IP address, the requested URL, referral pages. Additionally, in accordance with legal requirements, we may use location-based technologies for the purpose of: adapting content and services to your geographical location; collecting aggregated statistical data to improve our services; identifying regional usage patterns. We do not use precise location data for your personal identification, and any use of location-based information is done in an aggregated and statistical manner, while ensuring the anonymization of the information. You may disable the use of location services at any time through your device settings.

Google Analytics
Use of Google Analytics: Our Platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), as well as other analytical tools, for the purpose of collecting and analyzing information about the use of the Platform. These tools help us understand how users behave on the Platform, identify usage trends, and improve the user experience.
The Data Collected: Google Analytics collects a variety of data about the use of the Platform, including: frequency and duration of visits to the Platform; the pages users visit; the websites that referred users to our Platform; technical characteristics of the device and browser; general demographic data (such as general geographic location); and patterns of behavior and movement on the Platform.
How the Data is Used: We use the data received from Google Analytics and other analytical tools for the following purposes: analyzing usage patterns and trends on the Platform; measuring the effectiveness of features and content on the Platform; improving the user interface and browsing experience; identifying and correcting technical issues; and developing new features and services.
Protecting Your Privacy: We do not combine the data collected through Google Analytics with Personal Data. We use IP address anonymization settings to limit the ability to identify specific users. Access to the collected data is restricted to authorized employees only who need the information for their role.

Opting Out of Google Analytics Tracking: You can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics by: downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; using the privacy settings in your browser to block third-party Cookies; or using your browser's private/incognito browsing mode.
Meta Pixels: We use Meta pixels or SDKs, which are tools that provide help to website owners and publishers, developers, advertisers, business partners (and their customers) and others to integrate, use and exchange personal information with Meta, as such the collection and use of personal information for ad targeting. Please note that third parties, including Meta, use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive personal information from your websites and elsewhere on the internet and use that personal information to provide measurement services and target ads. Additional Analytical Tools: In addition to Google Analytics, we may use other analytical tools to improve our Platform and services. Each of these tools has its own privacy policy, and we are careful to select providers who are committed to high standards of privacy protection and information security.
Cookies
Types of Cookies. There are two main categories of Cookies: First-party Cookies - issued directly by us to your devices. Third-party Cookies - issued by a third party on our behalf, such as data analysis service providers (Google Analytics), advertising networks, social media platforms, and other service providers. These Cookies are used for functionality, performance/analytics, marketing, and social media purposes, and may be used to collect statistical information, tailor advertising content, and integrate external content (such as videos or posts from social networks). These Cookies are not under our control, and their use is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. Types of Cookies by function: Essential Cookies - necessary for the basic functioning of the Platform, enabling navigation and use of its main features. They are stored for the duration of your stay on the Platform and are deleted when the browser is closed; Functional Cookies - improve the user experience by remembering your preferences (such as language, text size). They are stored for a period of up to one year; Performance and analytics Cookies - help us understand how users interact with the Platform, identify errors, and improve the Platform.

Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems for the Processing of Personal Data.
We may use artificial intelligence tools (AI) to process personal data collected about you. Such processing may include, inter alia, analysis, classification, the generation of predictions, recommendations, or decisions relating to you, in accordance with the purposes of use set out in this Privacy Policy.

However, we cannot guarantee that errors or inaccuracies in data processing will not occur.

General purposes applicable to all users. We may use Personal Data, as applicable, for general purposes that apply across the Platform, including to operate, maintain, secure and improve the Platform and our services; authenticate users; personalize content and user experience; analyze usage trends and develop new features; detect and prevent fraud, misuse or other unlawful activity; enforce our terms, policies and rights; comply with applicable law; and defend against claims or legal proceedings. Where permitted under applicable law and, where required, subject to your consent, we may also use your contact details to send you updates, newsletters and promotional communications regarding our services, and you may opt out of such communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in them or by contacting us using the details set out in this Privacy Policy.
Website Users. We may use the Personal Data of Website users to respond to inquiries submitted through the Website, contact you regarding your request, review resumes or job applications submitted through the Website, and communicate with you regarding such applications or potential opportunities..
End Users of the Application. We may use the Personal Data of end users of the Application to create and maintain user accounts, provide access to free and paid maps and related content made available through the Platform, process purchases and related transactions, save maps purchased by users, provide support, and allow users to upload, share and manage content, travel recommendations, or social links through the Platform..
Influencers using the Application. We may use the Personal Data of influencers to review their application to join the Platform, verify their eligibility, manually approve or reject their registration, create and maintain influencer accounts, enable login through Instagram, allow influencers to create, upload, manage, market and sell digital recommendation maps and related content through the Platform, display or link to their social media profiles and content, communicate with them regarding their use of the Platform, and manage our commercial relationship with them, including commissions and related payments, if applicable.
Use of Anonymous Data
We may use anonymous or statistical data (which does not allow for the identification of an individual user), such as aggregated data that has been collected and/or generated by us as a result of the use of the Platform, including sharing it with third parties and our clients within the scope of our business activities.
How We Share Personal Data
Apart from the above, we will not transfer the data you have provided to us to third parties, except in the following cases:
To service providers on our behalf, who assist us in our activities, including business operation providers, application operation providers, and electronic mailing providers;
In the event of a violation of the terms of use or this Privacy Policy or if you perform through the Platform, actions that appear to be contrary to law, or an attempt to perform such actions;
In the event of any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between you and us;

We respect your right to privacy and are interested in keeping only required, up-to-date and accurate data. It is important for us that you know that you have the right to review data about you that we hold, and if you find that this data is not correct, complete, clear or up-to-date, you are invited to contact us with a detailed request to correct or delete such data, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Data and Appeal Procedures on Refusal to Request for Review), 5741-1981.
